Returns and exchanges
If you have a question
or complaint about your purchase, please contact us.
You
can return or exchange products up to 30 days after the
invoice date or shipping date--whichever is later. Before returning a product, you must
contact us for an RMA --Return Merchandise
Authorization--and put the number on the outside of the
package.

To
qualify for a full refund, you must apply for an RMA up
to 30 days after the invoice or shipping date. After
that date, products are subject to a 20% restocking fee
-- minimum restocking fee is $15.
To qualify for a full refund, returned products must
come back with complete original packing material, have
a copy of the invoice and be in resalable condition.
Products that show signs of wear, markings, damage or
other changes from their original condition will not be
accepted for full refunds or exchanges. Products that
can be repackaged or refurbished will be refunded with a
20% restocking fee -- minimum restocking fee is $15.
We do not refund the original cost of shipping. On free
shipping, we deduct our actual shipping cost from the refund--with
a minimum charge of $7.50. We are not responsible
for retuned merchandise that is lost or damaged in
shipping.
There is a one year limited manufacturer's warranty for products that
suffer mechanical failures. Of course, this does not
apply to products that have been physically damaged by
you or have been used for a purpose for which they were
not intended.

Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
Institutions and recognized businesses can buy with a
purchase order. These can be mailed or faxed to us.
Purchase orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Florida will be charged
6.5% FL state sales tax. Because of changes in tax
regulations and the warehouse location for some
products, sales tax may have to be charged, This will
appear as a separate credit card charge when the order
is processed for shipment.
Privacy We are committed to your privacy and will not sell or
give information about you to another party.
Security
White-noise.us uses industry-standard SSL (secure socket
layer) technology to protect your credit card number and
other information.
Errors
If an error in a price or shipping charge turns up on
this site, we are not obligated to deliver products or
services at the incorrect cost.
